Hosted by SuprFile.comI’ve learned my lesson: don’t judge a book by it’s cover.
In my last post I mentioned that it would be cool if Writely incorporated a feed-publishing tool, on top of being able to post to a blog. I said this (foolishly) before I had actually tried one of the newer feed-creation tools: Publi.sh [http://publi.sh/]. Features include a full wysywig editor, a permanent URL for feeds (although there is a time limit of 14 days before an inactive feed will remain hosted) and a very nifty image inclusion tool. There is also a bookmarklet tool for creating a new entry based off of any URL and/or snippet of text. Far from my previous statement, I think that the Writely developers would do well to mimic some of the functionality in Publi.sh, rather than the other way around.

Registration is currently open, and only takes a few seconds. I’ll be using my Publi.sh feed as a means to remind myself of topics for future blog posts.
